eligible?” Qiu Jing, a nineteen-year-old villager of Yongshou Village of Xingfu
Town in Dujiangyan City, hoped to find a job at the job fair. When he saw the
company needed welders, he inquired at once.
“It doesn’t matter. We will offer free vocational training,” The official
of the company told him that only the accredited welder has the eligibility to
work for the company according to the national regulation. Qiu was very happy to
know that the company would offer free vocational training to him so that he
could participate in the accreditation exam. Qiu said that if he got this job,
he could relieve his family’s burden, when he filled the registration form of
recruitment.

was the wish to help quake victims that inspired the company to hold such a job
fair. “Therefore, if the job hunters work for us and with good health, they will
get satisfactory jobs in our company, regardless of their working
experience.”
Social insurance available
Yan said: “Only the victims from quake-hit areas will be recruited.
Therefore, the job hunters should show their identifications.” As to those whose
identity identifications have been lost, they can register their job demand, and
then summit relative identifications later.
